All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

- International Orders: 10–20 business days

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses, including PO BOX issues.

Tracking Information

Delayed or Lost Packages

Refunds & Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Refund requests for packages already shipped may not be approved until the package is returned to us.
